Dear Philoptochos Chapter Presidents,

I hope and pray this message finds you in good health.

In the wake of the destructive Hurricane Helen, the Atlanta Metropolis Philoptochos has initiated a special appeal to provide aid to Orthodox Christian families and individuals affected by the storm. They are calling on everyone who is able to lend their support during this critical period.

A number of chapter Presidents have already inquired about how they can contribute or whether we will be sending a donation to assist those who have been impacted. It is with wholehearted commitment that we, the Archdiocesan District Philoptochos, will contribute to the Atlanta Metropolis' efforts. Consequently, we are reaching out to all of you, our chapters, requesting that you promptly send your donations to us so that we can collectively support the Atlanta Metropolis Philoptochos. We believe that this collaborative approach will be beneficial in providing aid to those in need.
